- Optional but recommend - sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top!
In a small bowl, mix egg and water. Beat the mixture until ingredients are mixed. Melt butter in a skillet over medium low heat. Top with a portion of shredded chicken and spoon the mushroom sauce over the top. Garnish with a little more black pepper and serve immediately.
