Add the cooked noodles to the wok, stirring them together with the other ingredients for a couple minutes until heated through. Using a pair of tongs or chopsticks, remove the beef from the marinade and add to the pan. Drain and add the udon and reserved marinade. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef with the soy sauce, mirin vinegar, honey and sesame oil. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water.
