  1. Cook the noodle. While it cooked, chop the leeks.
  2. Crack the eggs, beat with salt and pepper. Add the chopped leeks.
  3. Prepare the oil in a deep fried pan. Take a spring roll skin, place it on your hand. Add around 2 tbsp of noodles and 2 tbsp of egg mix. And fold it into a square, put it in the hot oil. And repeat the step. Fry until it become golden
  4. While its being fried, cut the mozarella into slice, place it on top of the martabak. You can either use blow torch as i do or just place it into oven untill the mozarella melted
