  4. Add the chicken and hot dogs and saut? for a couple of minutes more, until heated through.
  5. Whisk the eggs together with a pinch of salt and some ground pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Cook eggs as you would for scrambled eggs and put to the side.
  6. Add the rice little by little stirring very well, green parts of the scallion, and the soy sauce, and cook, stirring, until well heated.
  7. Stir in scrambled eggs, mix well and serve. Enjoy.
  8. You can add more soy sauce or ginger if you wish. Also when adding soy sauce add little by little and stir well after adding so you can flavor to your liking. : )
