Place the beef on the salad and pour over the dressing. Place the onion, cucumber, tomato, chillies, mint, spring onion and sliced steak in a large bowl. Add about half the dressing and mix. Taste and add more dressing if needed.
Steps to make Thai beef salad:
- Combine oil, thai seasoning and garlic in a bowl. Slice beef and coat well. Refrigerate over night or for atleast 30 mins.
- Mix together salad ingredients with your choice of dressing. Preferably a vinegarette. I use a mango and chilli dressing. Portion on to plates.
- Heat pan and fry beef until browned but not well done.Place on top of salad. Garnish with extra coriander leaves or noodles. Enjoy.
