  1. Qeemy ko 1 glass water dal ke 5 minut ke liey pressure lagadein. Phir is pani ko discard kar dein. Is se extra fat nikal jata hy.
  2. Tamam sabzi ko cut out kar dein. Cooker mn qeema piyaz lehsan tomatoes sabat gram masala or khushk masala add karein sath 2 glass water b add kar dein or 15 minut ke liey pressure dein
  3. After this. Lid opn karein. Qeemy mn oil add karein or 3 minut ke liey aisy e pkny dein. Phir is mn dahi add kar ke achi trah bhunen ta ke oil nikal aey
  4. Is doran is mn adrak or green mirch b add karein. Jab qeema pura bhun jaey achi c rungat ajaey to is mn alu ki katliyan add karein
  5. Inhn 4 minut ke liey masaly mn bhoonen. Phir 1 glass water add karein. Or dheemi aanch py katliyan galny tak pkaen
  6. Jab gal jaey to End mn is mn pisa gram masala or dhaniya dal dein. Mazedar khushbudar alu qeema ready hy
  7. Serving bowl mn nikal ke dish out karein. Chapati ya parathy ke sath serve karein. Jazak-Allah☺
