Hyderabadi Dum ka Keema (Slow Cooked Minced Chicken): minced chicken, marinated in an aromatic Indian herbs+spices, and slow-cooked to perfection. In a frying pan add coconut, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, poppy seeds, red whole chili and roast and then grind into a coarse powder. In a wok heat ghee over medium flame, add the masala and mix. Roast Poppy Seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and Grams in a pan and grind them in fine powder.

The ingredients needed to make Dum Qeema:
  1. Prepare 1 kg Beef mince (machine chop)
  2. Prepare 2 Onion
  3. Get 5-6 Garlic cloves
  4. Prepare 1 Ginger piece (1/2 inch)
  5. Take 1 cup Oil
  6. Get 1 cup Dahi
  7. Make ready 1 bunch Coriander
  8. Make ready 3-4 Green Chillies
  9. Get 2 Tbsp Kacha Papita(raw papaya)paste
  10. Make ready 1 Tbsp Baisan (gram flour)
  11. Get 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
  12. Make ready 1 Tbsp Cumin
  13. Make ready 1 Tbsp Poppy seeds (khaskhas)
  14. Take 5-6 Sabit Lal Mirch
  15. Take 5-6 Blackpepper
  16. Get 2-3 Cloves
  17. Take 2 Black Cardamom
  18. Prepare 3-4 Green Cardamom
  19. Get 1 tsp Salt(to taste)
  20. Make ready 1/4 tsp Termuric

If there are parathas on the table then whose counting helpings. In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion and fry until golden brown. Ad ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add turmeric powder and mix well.

Steps to make Dum Qeema:
  1. Slice 1 onion.peel ginger garlic. Add all in chopper with kacha papita,dhaia, harimirchain
  2. Add dahi & chop.add beef qeema in it & chop till all mix well together
  3. Dry roast zeera,sabit dhania,sabit lal mirch,kalimirch, long,bari illachi and grind to powder.add baisan& popy seeds (khaskhas) while making powder as well.
  4. Add this powder masala in qeema with salt & haldi.mix well.marinate in fridge for 4-6 hours.
  5. Add oil in pot.add 1 slice onion.fry to golden brown.take out some to serve in end.add qeema in oil and fry well till all qeema is blend in oil well.cover & let it cook over low-medium flame.add all marinade of qeema in pot as well.
  6. When the water is being dried. Bhonofy the qeema till oil comes up.
  7. Heat a coal at stove for dam.place a piece of foil in qeema.then add red hot coal at foil and pour few drops of oil over it.close the lid.close flame & cover pot with towel so as qeema is well smoked inside
  8. Dum qeema is ready.top up with fried onions.serve with chop coriander green chillies lemon wedges and nan, paratha aur katchori.enjoy meaty eid with cookpad
