It's awesome in taste with a finger licking recipe. This is actually a Roti or a paratha which is served either in breakfast or dinner. Steps to make Qeema Paratha:
  1. Marinate beef mince with above mentioned ingredients except green chillies and coriander leaves.
  2. Leave it for about half an hour.
  3. Now heat oil add chopped onion,and fry for a min.
  4. Add your mince and cook until it's done, your qeema should be dry.
  5. For dough # In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, oil,then add water gradually and make a fine dough and knead well.
  6. Rest it for about half an hour.
  7. Now make small peda and flattened them,spread mince, and some beaten eggs with green chilies and coriander.
  8. Now cover with second roti and secure the edges with the help of your hands.
  9. Now fry them in oil until light golden colour.
