Delicious keema aloo (mince n potato curry) with some chopped red and green capsicum for added flavour. Tastes delish and smells sensational too! Aloo Qeema is a regular at the Pakistani dinner table. It's made using mince meat (can be either beef or chicken), with potatoes in a dry gravy.

Instructions to make Qeema_Aloo:
  1. Chop the onion and cook in oil until light brown
  2. ⚕️• Add all the spices and finely chopped tomatoes. - ⚕️• Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
  3. Add mince meat mix and dry the water again. - ⚕️• Add 2 glasses of water cover and cook till meat is tenderized and the water dries.
  4. ⚕️• Add potatoes and cook till the potatoes are soft. - ⚕️• Sprinkle garam masala powder. Garnish with fresh green Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves, green chilies and Ginger (Adrak) slices and lemon juice.
  5. ⚕️• Serve with naan for 4 to 5 persons.
