- Get 1 (16 oz) bag of mixed frozen vegetables
- Get 1 zucchini (optional)
- Get 2 medium russet potatoes
Directions In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the beef broth and chopped potatoes. Return to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large dutch oven or soup pot.

You can substitute the Worcestershire sauce for balsamic vinegar, I love the little tang that it gives the soup and I've done this multiple times.
