- Add vinegar
- Add salt
- Also add crushed Black pepper
- Mix very well and leave 10 to 15 minutes or cook straight away

- Then add ginger and garlic paste
- Keep stiring contiuesly if beef change the colour
- Then add 1/2 cup of water
- Covered until beef is tender
