  2. Add steak into baggie. Smush steaks around into mixture. Seal with no air inside baggie.
  3. Lay flat in refrigerator and marinate 2 hours to overnight. Overnight is best. Flip steaks over halfway thru marinating. (If using thin steaks DO NOT marinate overnight. 2 hrs will do.) Can double as needed.
