  10. Make ready 2 can 15 ounce Kidney Beans
  11. Make ready 4 tbsp Chili Seasoning Mix (see my recipe)
  12. Take 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Cayenne pepper

Add crushed tomatoes, beans, and beer. Bring chili to boil, stirring occasionally. Mix in the diced tomatoes with juice, dark beer, coffee, tomato paste and beef broth. Season with brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cocoa powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, coriander and salt.

Instructions to make Beer Chili:
  1. Brown ground beef/beef stew meat in a large pot and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder
  2. While browning meat: in another pan heat olive oil (about 2 teaspoons) and add diced green pepper and diced onion. Cook until translucent and then add garlic, cook another 2 minutes. Add to ground beef/beef stew meat pot.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat to a simmer or transfer to a crockpot.
  4. The longer it cooks the better it is!!!
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and onions. Or whatever is your favorite. ENJOY!!!
