- In a thick bottom pan put a generous dose of coconut oil, keep it for a minute on low flame and add lots of curry leaves. After 30 seconds add the cooked beef and keep frying the mixture on low flame till the color turns to black/dark brown depending on your taste. If beef becomes dry add more oil and keep frying on low flame.
- Take it out, garnish with raw onion rings, grab a glass of red wine/toddy and enjoy
