- Marinate beef pieces with the above masalas in yogurt and brown onions keep covered for few hrs or overnight
- Heat oil and saute onions and cumin to golden
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds
- Add Marinated beef and cook on high heat for 5mins than add water 1cup.
- Cook on low flame after boil comes, Cook till meat is Totally cooked and soft if required add more hot water, but meat should not break.
- Fry it well (bhun lein achi tarha) when oil comes add ginger strips and green chillies and coriander
