- Prepare 3-4 Fresh lemon (thin slices)
- Take 1/2 teaspoon Javantri(grinned)
- Take 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaifal) (grinned)-
- Prepare 1 pinch Zarday Ka rang (dissolved in 2 tablespoons of milk)

After that add potatoes with grinned Garam Masala, Javantri, nutmeg, alou bhukara, lemon & cook for couple of minutes
- When is full ready add green chilies, fresh coriander & mint leaves & kerwa - Meanwhile boil rice with zeera 1. Layerings - In a big pan add salan and then put the rice. Sprinkle zarday ka rang, remaining fried onions, fresh mint & coriander with desi ghee and Put on dum for 15-20 min - Tadda - Enjoy ur biryani
