  1. Take 1 pound ground beef
  2. Get 2 cans chilli beans
  3. Prepare 2.5 cans tomato sauce
  4. Prepare 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies

  6. Prepare 1 can water
  7. Prepare 1 cup elbow noodles
  8. Make ready to taste Chilli powder

Steps to make Packer Chilli:
  1. Cook beef in large pot. Drain fat
  2. Add garlic and spices to taste. Cook for a few minutes on low.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes and sauce. Stir and add more seasoning to taste.
  4. Add half cup sauce and can of water. I use one of the empty cans I had just used. Bring to boil. Stir as necessary make sure bottom doesn't burn.
  5. Once it's boiling add noodles. Cover. Turn on low and cook 15 to twenty minutes. Stir as needed.
  6. Top with cheese or sour cream
